WWE Vs. AEW: Which Promotion Does It Better?

7. Roster Freedom

AEW has fallen to an early 0-3 deficit, and it needs a big win to start pulling the nose up here. Good news: Tony Khan's group has it in spades in this category. WWE simply cannot compete with the freedom Khan's management style gives his roster.

His approach is a real throwback to how wrestling used to be. Instead of painstakingly scripting every bit of work from curtain-to-curtain, Khan's AEW prefers to let talent express themselves and come up with the bulk of their own promos, presentation and match content. It's refreshing to see after years of WWE's overly-produced product.

Freedom enticed megastars like Chris Jericho and Jon Moxley to the promotion too. They were turned on by the thought of controlling their own destiny, and they've been able to properly assert their own authority over storylines as a result.

No contest. WWE is left bleeding on the floor here.

Winner: AEW
