WWE Women’s Royal Rumble 2025: Predicting All 30 Entrants

Ex-CMLL star Stephanie Vaquer is fresh off becoming the new number one contender for the NXT Women's Title at time of writing. Her four way win at New Year's Evil over a bunch of other hopefuls signified something special. Shawn Michaels is ready to launch head-on into a match between Vaquer and new champ Giulia in the near future.

Hold onto your hats. That could be one of the most celebrated women's matches on NXT since the heyday of Bayley vs. Sasha Banks. NXT success shouldn't stop Stephanie from showing up for the Royal Rumble and shooting her shot there. Smart money would go on Triple H seeking the chance to showcase HBK's brand as much as possible on shows that need the numbers anyway.

Time for a one-two NXT punch.

20. Roxanne Perez

Giulia beat Roxanne Perez to grab that NXT gold at New Year's Evil, which probably means time is up for Perez on WWE's developmental brand. To be fair, she's looked ready for Raw and SmackDown for a long while now, so it's hardly a disaster that she's no longer champ. That frees Roxanne up to make a splash in the Rumble then move on up in the "Transfer Window".

WWE legends have even clashed on the viability of promoting Perez to a bigger platform.

Booking her to come out as #20 then last up until the final 5-6 of the match (final 4 could be pushing it given some of the bigger stars on show) would be perfectly acceptable from the writers. That'd represent a decent enough start for Roxanne on the main roster, then she can take things from there.
