WWE WrestleMania 30: 6 Potential "Mania Moments" That Could Happen
3. Believe In The Shield
For the last year, no one in WWE has been more consistently entertaining than Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins. It could be argued that they've been WWE's MVPs, main eventing numerous Raws and having the best matches in the company. WWE seems intent on splitting the trio up, and if so, while disappointing due to the fact that there's much more mileage to be gotten from the group, it's been booked magnificently. Reigns is the man that WWE execs are in love with and have earmarked as the next guy to build around. How well he fills that spot remains to be seen but he possesses the intangibles and is already better than average in the ring. The smart money has him as the favorite to win the 2015 Royal Rumble and head into WrestleMania 31 to challenge for the title. Ambrose has a unique charisma and promo style that comes off as a mix of Brian Pillman, Roddy Piper and Heath Ledger's Joker, and Rollins has quickly become one of the most exciting in-ring performers in the company, and could be the next Chris Jericho type star. Plans for The Shield at XXX have yet to be announced, but there's been talk of a 3-way (which now seems unlikely with the probability of the title match becoming one as well) or Reigns & Rollins vs. The Wyatt Family while Ambrose faces Big E. Langston to unify the U.S. and Intercontinental titles. No matter the situation they're placed in, The Shield need to seize the moment and use the platform of WrestleMania to steal the show yet again. Expect a huge spot from Rollins (something along the lines of the Edge/Hardy spear from TLC) and Reigns to be booked as a relentless monster.
