Big Show & Mark Henry & Ryback Vs The Usos & Tyson Kidd (c)
Ill tell you right now that Kane is not featured on this card and some may find it strange that Show and Henry are. Why? Because without Daniel Bryan I honestly think Show and Henry have more to offer going forward to put over newer talent. Two aggressive monsters are better than one, confused at best, red machine. I still love you Kane! This would also be booked as a passing of the torch to young Ryback from his team mates. Ryback has supposedly turned heel (how can you turn heel against Cena?) and unless something changes dramatically, I seriously dont see it taking off but I do see potential. I would keep the experiment going for the entire year, having Ryback change his character into a meaty cocky asshole, a bit like one of my least favourite wrestlers ever Batista! I would also have him hold the IC belt for a prolonged period just to rub him in our faces some more. The offspring of Rikishi as well as the soon (ish) to return Tyson Kidd are three guys that I wouldnt even say have potential; they have all the skill and even the fan support. To me its been a real shame to see all three buried over the past year when they could genuinely add so much to the product. When Kidd returns, I would push him into the US title scene and even have him win the gold. From there give him some worthwhile feuds with some genuine talent to put him, and the title, over further. Guys like Punk and Bryan could bring out the best in the small man and dont see why they wouldnt want to work with him given the right storyline. The Usos simply need to be put on TV and entered into the Tag title picture and I would suggest they could be huge. I would use this match at Mania to make them against such huge opponents. Over the year I would give Show and Henry the tag belts to cement them as a team. I wouldnt even break them up for any potential singles competition because the resulting train wreck of a match would be a genuine snoozfest. Both have been around so long that many see them as predictable and boring. Plonk the tag straps on them so they can make a younger team further down the line. The small guys are winning this match to catapult them into the stratosphere (hopefully) but regardless of whether the Ryback experiment garners a reaction over the year, I would have Ryback destroy both Show and Henry afterwards to be THE big man of the WWE. Once the next match starts, we will all have a different opinion of the 4 younger talents involved.
