WWE Wrestlemania 30: Top Matches Confirmed

Wrestlemania 30 The four main matches for WWE Wrestlemania 30 now look to be official, following clear indications of direction on the Network Launch Raw. The two certainties are Undertaker vs Brock Lesnar and Randy Orton vs Batista for the WWE title. The official WWE website has now advertised the bouts and viewers witnessed Lesnar sign the contract for Undertaker in Raw's main event last night. As for Orton vs Batista, it looked clear that WWE will go with this match despite boos which have now been incorporated into Batista's storyline and character. Daniel Bryan meanwhile will face Triple H following a backstage segment in which he goaded 'The Game' and an in-ring challenge in which he demanded Hunter at Wrestlemania 30. Fans cheered wildly for it so perhaps the booking of that match will rehabilitate some positive feelings for the April mega show. The fourth big match, the likely show closer, will be John Cena vs Bray Wyatt. This was set up at Elimination Chamber when the Wyatt Family attacked Cena, continuing on to Raw where they injured his knee. Despite that injury looking legitimate, it was in fact a work and great selling on the part of Cena. The Cena vs Bray match will go on last we can presume, given that Vince McMahon gave an order a few years ago that all Cena matches at Wrestlemania should close the show. At this stage it's hard to envision any of the other matches closing the event, although Bryan vs Hunter could be a contender. Another match looking likely is Cesaro against his team mate Jack Swager. This was hinted at on Raw last night, with Swagger causing a DQ loss for Cesaro and the two men having words. Wrestlemania 30 will be 'hosted' by Hulk Hogan who returned to WWE on Raw last night. His promo was skilfully executed and he got a big babyface reaction. Despite Wrestlemania 30's card having so much more clarity, the perception remains low from WWE fans, particularly internet fans who feel Daniel Bryan should have been challenging for the WWE title.
