WWE WrestleMania 34: 10 Things That Must Happen

Sheamus and Cesaro have outright replaced The New Day as WWE's best tag-team over the past year or so. Together, The Bar have developed chemistry that others in the tag division must envy, and they're the best choice to remain Raw Tag Champs until somebody better comes along.

Braun Strowman, super-over monster with comedic tendencies or not, is far from the ideal successor.

Strowman doesn't need gold to get a response from fans. The tag straps make The Bar look credible; being atop the tag-team mountain is what Sheamus and Cesaro crow about weekly. That's not the case with Braun. He's more into causing havoc and putting a smile on fan faces with a deceptive amount of charm.

It's pressing that WWE elevate some other teams post-WrestleMania that can credibly tangle with The Bar, because it's abundantly clear creative failed to do that before the show. That's why Strowman is in this spot to begin with, but he doesn't need a belt draped over his massive shoulders at the moment.
