5. Comedy Angles In Wrestling Are Garbage

Is there ever any justification for disrespecting a legacy and an audience for the sake of some cheap laughs? It's even worse when the laughs don't really work, too.

That's what the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royale ended up being - a comedy gimmick advertising Saturday Night Live at the expense of everyone else involved. It even failed at making Braun Strowman look strong, which the victory was clearly designed to do.

Instead of him being able to celebrate beating up all of those talented wrestlers, he won by beating up a fake psychiatrist and two comedians. Not exactly glossy.
