WWE WrestleMania 36: 10 Things That Must Happen

2. Randy Orton Is 'Last Man Standing'

Unlike that previous match, this 'Last Man Standing' effort needs the right winner for the story to progress and the emotion to build. This is Edge's first singles match back after nine long years of retirement, and he must've been ripping at the curtain to get out there during the recent 'Mania tapings at the PC.

He must lose.

Yes, it's true. Randy Orton should win, and he should do so by potentially crippling his former tag partner and friend for good. Both guys have a lot to unpack here - they can relive Orton's Raw attack with the Con-Chair-To, the manipulative way he tortured Edge's wife Beth Phoenix and so much more. This has the potential to be special.

Edge shouldn't win for the first time since his return in front of empty seats though. The outpouring of happiness if he won in front of a live crowd is worth so much, and it'd be genuinely powerful enough that WWE can afford to wait until SummerSlam or whenever this big crowd lockdown is over to make it happen.
