First, a confession.

This entry was originally, 'Brock Lesnar Breaks Hearts', but that was changed when considering what this WrestleMania might mean to the world right now. It's entertainment, yes, but it can be used as a soft beacon of hope for people who badly need some distractions at the moment. That's why Drew McIntyre should become WWE Champion.

His Royal Rumble win was the best in years. Passion spewed out from every pore as thousands in Houston went wild with him. People want to see Drew succeed, and there'd be tears of the right kind if he closed 'Mania 36 by vanquishing 'The (Part-Time) Beast' and giving an emotional, UFC-style post-fight speech about doing it for everyone watching.

McIntyre is an inspiring human being. One need only monitor his Twitter feed or watch the recent Braveheart-ish skit on BT Sport to see that. Besides, who knows how long WWE will be running shows from the PC for. They could do with a titleholder who's based locally in Florida, and one that people believe in.
