WWE WrestleMania 37: 10 Awesome Matches That Should Happen (And Why They Won't)

5. Asuka Vs. Becky Lynch

Just to be clear, this should be pre-Alexa Bliss Asuka. You know, the Empress of Tomorrow, the most successful female in WWE history, a genuine bad-ass known for beating the tar out of her opponents and being credible as all heck in the process. I'm not talking about the RAW Women's Champion that seems to have a distressing problem with costume changes.

Asuka was handed the title following Becky Lynch's pregnancy announcement, and the 2020 Women's Money in the Bank winner has been nigh on unbeatable since, at least until Alexa started hanging out with The Fiend. With such a dominant title reign, the only way for it to end is at the hands of the woman she didn't beat for the title, on the biggest stage. It makes all the sense in the world.

It won't happen, of course, what with Becky having recently given birth and whatnot. This will have to wait for a later day, although Asuka's reactions to Bliss have made it a far less tantalising prospect. Asuka vs. Ronda Rousey should probably be next in line, but who knows what is going on with Rousey at the moment.
