WWE WrestleMania 39: 20 Things That Must Happen
2. Roman Reigns Accidentally Drops Jey Uso
It seems Roman Reigns will take some time away from the WWE spotlight for a while after 'Mania 39. That could be for the best, because he's been on top for years now, but a three-four month break doesn't mean the company shouldn't set something up for his eventual return.
His opponent at SummerSlam? Jey Uso.
There's been a lot of simmering tension between Roman and Jey, and that goes all the way back to their initial feud in 2020. Now, after everything that's been happening in The Bloodline, Uso is struggling to convince anyone that he properly trusts Reigns' leadership.
Jey's doubts would skyrocket if Roman accidentally smashed him with a spear, or something, during the weekend's main event vs. Cody Rhodes. Then, when Reigns does stroll back into view after a holiday, he'd be primed and ready to watch The Bloodline empire crumble for good opposite his very own flesh and blood.
