WWE's 10 Biggest Falls From Grace In 2018

6. Kevin Owens

It was difficult to decide who had the worst year between Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn, but ultimately the nod has to go to Owens.

As cruel as this sounds, Owens has made far more of a splash on the WWE roster than Sami Zayn has. He beat John Cena in his debut match, he's a former United States, Intercontinental, and Universal Champion, and Mr. McMahon even gave him permission to actually-for-real headbutt him that one time. So, Owens ultimately had a much higher pedestal to fall from than Zayn did.

Plus, even though Owens and Zayn were largely together for 2018, Owens was more regularly placed in higher-profile storylines. He was involved in the Money in the Bank ladder match (which he lost), he feuded with Braun Strowman (and lost), and he even helped Bobby Lashley turn heel (and he lost in that match too).

Unfortunately, this would be the last time we would see The Prizefighter in 2018, as he left to have knee surgery in 2018. Much like Zayn, he is being advertised to return soon as well, so we can only hope that he is able to channel the a**-kicking Kevin Owens of old when he comes back.
