WWE's 53 Wrestlers Ranked From Worst To Best

17. Stephanie McMahon

Pros:

1. An absolute heat magnet

2. Can easily control the crowd reactions with everything she says and does

3. Has a natural ring presence

Cons:

1. Emasculates other heel wrestler whom she’s supposed to be building up

2. Unlike her father, her character never gets the comeuppance she deserves

3. Appears as a heel on the show, but is also put into special videos where you’re meant to cheer for her

The Stephanie McMahon character is arguably the biggest b***h on the WWE roster. Stephanie has a natural ability to make people hate her, and, thanks to a lifetime to exposure to her father’s business, she has considerable experience cutting promos and getting the crowd riled up.

However, Stephanie’s presence on WWE programming is more of a problem than it is a positive. She doesn’t wrestle very often, so whenever she irritates fans, they never get to see her get what she deserves, which is an important part of any storyline. Without a proper conclusion, which sees the villain get what they have coming to them. This is why Vince was such a great character; he’d act like a monster, but his enemies would beat him up afterwards. No such possibility exists with Stephanie.

As good as Stephanie is, she doesn’t need to be on the programming as often. She should focus on being Chief Brand Officer more than being a character on RAW.

Final Rating: ***3/4
