People within WWE are understood to be happy with how the company's talent rosters have emerged following the 2023 Draft's conclusion.

While low on major headlines, the 2023 Draft brought significant changes to WWE's roster composition - including over a dozen individual NXT wrestlers joining Raw and SmackDown. Amongst them were NXT Women's Champion Indi Hartwell (who has since relinquished the belt), NXT Women's Tag Team Champions Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre, Apollo Crews, Zoey Stark, and Grayson Waller.

The Draft also left a number of wrestlers classified as "free agents", including Brock Lesnar, who, in storylines, has negotiated a deal allowing him to appear on Raw and SmackDown.
