Riddle point blank refuses to give up on the idea of a WWE match with Bill Goldberg.

The Raw man told the official BT Sport WWE account on Twitter that he'd like to "redeem" Goldberg's career by having a "magical" match with him that he's sure fans would love. Then, Riddle spiked his words by saying he'd have to let Goldberg "murder" him in-ring, "because he couldn’t do it in real life".

Ouch.

Heat between the pair is nothing new. Goldberg and Riddle had a tense exchange in front of the WWE Network cameras backstage at SummerSlam 2019 - there, Bill told Riddle that they needed to talk. When Riddle said, "Any time, bro", Goldberg replied with a frosty, "I'm not your bro".

The WCW legend also appeared to purposely bump into Riddle beforehand.

Ex-NXT favourite ('Don't Call Me Matt') Riddle is taking all of this in his stride though, and he's definitely game for working a program with Bill. Business is business, but WWE have made it pretty clear that a feud with Goldberg isn't on the table.

That, again, won't stop Riddle from trying to force it through during media commitments.
