5. Savio Vega
Learning his trade in Puerto Rico and Japan it took a few years for Vega to establish himself in WWE. Introduced as Razor Ramon's friend during an angle with Jeff Jarrett, Vega went on to join The Nation Of Domination and eventually head the Los Boricuas stable.
Defeating Brakkus in the first round Vega faced Droz in the quarter finals. He lost the bout on points. During the tournament he aggravated an old arm injury which, ultimately, led to him departing the company.
Vega returned to Puerto Rico, joining the International Wrestling Association, becoming World Champion three times and Tag Team Champion twice. In 2008 Vega joined TNA as a road agent and a trainer.
In the years since Vega has wrestled for numerous promotions, both in his native Puerto Rico and internationally. Even at the age of 55 he still makes appearances today and is the current owner of IWA.
