6. All About The Entrances

Let’s face it: WrestleMania has always been about the pageantry of grand entrances and showmanship, dating back to the early years of the event in the 1980s.

However, the entrances have increasingly become more of a focal point of WrestleMania, becoming more elaborate and eating up more time during the show. This year’s edition might have seen a first, however,

Bodyslam.net reported that the “entrances for Roman Reigns and CM Punk lasted a combined 12 minutes and 26 seconds.” On its own, that is just a ridiculous amount of time for two people walking to the ring.

But here’s the really galling part: The 12:26 spent on Roman and Punk’s entrances for their match was longer than eight of the other 12 matches over the weekend, including all four women’s matches. The entrances also were longer than Brock Lesnar/Oba Femi, Finn Balor/Dominik Mysterio, Sami Zayn/Trick Williams, and the Usos and LA Knight/The Vision and IShowSpeed.

Only four matches (not counting Roman/Punk itself) were longer than the entrances for the night two main event. That is an insane statistic.
