UPS…

4. One Good Thing About Nikki Bella

WWE Raw Stephanie Vaquer Nikki Bella

Nikki Bella’s heel run has been a net negative so far, but WWE might have found its way into something useful and mildly interesting.

Bella interfered in the Women’s World Championship match between Stephanie Vaquer and Raquel Rodriguez, attacking both wrestlers and causing a double-disqualification. This came after Raquel had laid Nikki out while the Hall of Famer was trying to demand a rematch last week.

What makes this intriguing is that it seems that Rodriguez is playing a bit of a babyface (or at least less of a heel) in this situation, allowing Bella to be the heel the fans hate. If the two of them tangle, Raquel should be the default face, which then could factor into Judgment Day dynamics.

Of course, this could all be wish-casting, and all of it could be utter sh*te. But in a “glass half-full” approach, this has some decent potential with Nikki serving a purpose for the full-time wrestlers.
