2. Thor
Thor is another one of those characters that has had quite the number of spin-off characters and different incarnations within the main MU: from the likes of Thunderstrike to Jane Foster to Throg.
This, along with the fact that the Thor centric Battleworlds story (the name for the 2015 Secret Wars tie-ins) saw the reformation of the Thor Corps, makes him great for a Thor-Verse story.
Fan favourites like Beta Ray Bill, Loki and the maybe insane maybe not Ultimate Thor would be able to return; not to mention less obvious ones like the aforementioned Mjolnir-wielding Captain America.
The only problem would likely be finding an enemy strong enough for so many Thors to battle...
