3. Professor Xavier
Professor Xavier has died and been resurrected around a half dozen different times, depending on how you look at it. The only other thing he's done as frequently would be having his spine healed, just to break it again.
He's a bit of a tough cookie, then, and one that history shows not to be trifled with.
Since his most recent death at the hands of Cyclops, he has been seen in a few different locations. He was in heaven with Nightcrawler and is now seemingly trapped by the Shadow King on the astral plane. With his astral form currently having a role in the current run of Astonishing X-Men, Marvel seems to be building up towards a full reintegration at some point.
X-Men books have been working their way back to a familiar feeling of storytelling, and Professor Xavier is the largest missing piece. Considering the X-Men titles have been going under the banner of ResurXtion, it might be for Xavier to do that very thing. X-iting.
