Captain Universe is a weird one. The avatar of a ridiculously powerful extra-dimensional force called the Uni-Power, Captain Universe works like a symbiote, choosing its champion and then granting it all of the abilities and heroism of itself. And one time it let Spider-Man knock The Hulk into friggin' orbit with a single punch. True, that's only one example but Captain Universe is said to be powered by actually limitless energy. How that works, we'll never know (especially since the Uni-Power is drawn from the appropriately named Enigma Force) but in short this is a guy, or potentially girl, that is so strong that he/she can break physics. The Captain even once possessed a toddler and used him to beat up a couple of supervillains. It's not just The Hulk that can't take Captain Universe's full power. It's everybody.
