Another entry on this list that has actually proven that he can put The Hulk in the ground time and time again, Silver Surfer doesn't even have to try. And there are plenty of ways he could do it - a single blast from the Power Cosmic is far more than Bruce Banner can handle and on one occasion Surfer even zapped the gamma radiation out of The Hulk, basically removing all of his abilities. But even just by simple feats of strength, the Surfer could easily win this one. A single smack from his board has taken the Hulk down before, and we imagine it could be done again. If the Surfer really unleashed? He could tear The Hulk apart like he was made of paper.
