10 Comic Books To Read If You Love Young Justice

1. Batman: The Black Mirror

Young Justice Peter David
DC Comics/Jock

Dick Grayson gave up wanting to be Batman years ago, but after the Battle for the Cowl story-arc it was concluded that he was the best replacement for Bruce Wayne as Batman. Upon Wayne's return, though, he implores Grayson to stay as Gotham's Batman, with Bruce heading up Batman Inc. instead.

Becoming Batman was hard for Bruce Wayne, but it was perhaps even more difficult for Dick, who had tried for years to escape his mentor's shadow.

Grayson has to be ready physically, mentally, and especially emotionally. All of this forces him into places he’s never been. Through it all, he must become Batman without becoming something he swore he'd never be.

He must make it through as Dick Grayson, not the blackened mirrored image of Bruce Wayne.
