The Batman Who Laughs series - despite being a tie in by all means - is also an undeniably interesting comic. With this new evil Batman coming centre-stage into the DC limelight, it's understandable that so many of us were interested to see more of him and his evil schemes.

And he did prove a suitably powerful foe, with our heroic Bats having to also inject himself with some of the serum that turned his twisted self insane in order to be able to properly fight him.

This works, but at the cost of our hero's sanity, as we see him struggle to control the evil impulses now tugging at him.

While this appears to have been solved with a cure at the end of the comic, there's a pretty big hint suggesting this particular Bats may not have managed to totally rid himself of the poison that was in his veins.

During the last few pages, random letters of Bruce's dialogue are highlighted in red, which spell out "RIGHT HERE STILL HAHA", which may instead show us that the Batman Who Laughs that we see in the main universe now is actually the one who defeated the original.
