10 Craziest Punisher Villains

Superheroes tend to have a plethora of supervillains which they face on a regular basis. The Punisher is one of the few who doesn't have a rogue gallery since he exterminates any criminal that crosses his path.

Except one. Billy Russo is the Punisher's only recurring supervillain. Russo used to be a hitman for the Italian underworld. Because of his good looks, mobsters called him Billy the Beaut. After the Punisher threw Russo into a glass pane, his face was shredded to pieces, leaving him with the nickname, Jigsaw.

Now, Jigsaw is so crazy, he makes children drown kittens. He tortures and kills civilians for fun. But what makes Jigsaw truly insane is the fact that he keeps going after Castle. Thousands of criminals have gone up against the Punisher and they all wound up dead, but that doesn't perturb Billy.

The fact that Russo survived having his face ripped apart is a miracle. Any man with sense would have walked away from a life of crime after that.

But due to his horrific disfigurement, Russo has become obsessed with the Punisher. Even though it's a suicide mission to go up agains the Castle, Russo will never stop pursuing him.
