9. Zoom

Simply put, Zoom is more powerful than Superman based on his speed alone - and that's really saying something.

Such is Hunter Zoloman's speed that he was able to easily defeat Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman combined, despite having no superhuman strength to speak of. His speed is so enormous that the impact of his punches are just as great as Superman's.

If he was to face Superman in a fair fight, he could punch the Man of Steel so hard at the bell that he would both knock him out and send him in to orbit before he could even react.

However, Zoom isn't all about his own speed (in fact, he doesn't actually move fast - he just slows time down to the extent that he appears fast) - he can actually steal the speed of others to render them immobile. On top of that, he can also render himself intangible and create powerful sonic booms - even merely by clicking his fingers. He could literally treat Superman as a joke.
