Man Of Steel showed how a young Clark Kent struggled to hone his newfound ability to hear nearly everything, and in the climactic battle with Zod the villain was caught off guard through this peculiar power. Supermans enhanced hearing enables him to always hear Lois Lanes constant screams, and help him to find incoming police sirens, but they are also one of the key weaknesses. Like any of us, loud noises can weaken the hero. In one instance, Wonder Woman hit Supermans ears with enough force to cripple the character, paving the way for her to beat him with her superhuman strength. Loud noises arent the sole way to defeat Superman, but they provide a crucial stepping stone on the way to pummelling the Man of Steel. Seeing as Man Of Steel showed that Kryptonians are susceptible to this form of attack, this method could easily make appearance in Dawn Of Justice - maybe Batman can produce a sonar like device to incapacitate Henry Cavills Superman so that the Dark Knight can have some semblance of a chance in the titular fight.
