6. The Spectre

DC Comics

One of the most powerful beings in the DC Multiverse, the Spectre is the embodiment of God's wrath. By wrath, we mean the Old Testament, flood the world to start humanity over, type of wrath.

The Spectre is so full of hatred towards humanity that, if it's not bonded with the spirit of a human, it will judge everyone as equal sinners.

This means that if you litter or jaywalk you are the same as a murderer or rapist in the eyes of the Spectre, and therefore subject to his undeniable power.

Even when bonded with a human, the Spectre has proven to be an uncontrollable force, making its users subject to the limitations brought on by being the Spectre. One user was a police officer who was then forced to use the Spectre's powers on his own son after he avenged his father by murdering the man who murdered him.

Even Hal Jordan, one of the strongest-willed humans in the universe, had difficulty controlling the Spectre, trying his best to direct the wrath for good rather than for its innate neutral chaos.
