There's no question his badass chopper has done some pretty remarkable things during the Spirit of Vengeance's run in the comics, having even been able to outrun some pretty powerful things in the past, with one of those being Thor's Hammer.

This epic accomplishment went down in Avengers #241. A member of the X-Men known as Angel was squaring off against the demonic antihero Jonny Blaze. Ghost Rider isn't really known for his restraint, so he ends up beating the mutant into a coma.

The Avengers try to stop Blaze from hurting anyone else but soon realize they are no match for the Rider. Realizing they've underestimated the fire resistant biker, Thor tries to weaken Blaze by throwing Mjölnir at him. In response, Johnny jumps on his bike and outruns the mythical weapon. To add insult to injury he grabs the powerful hammer and rides back toward the God of Thunder, using the momentum to deliver a devastating blow.

It really is not a surprise that Blaze is considered one of the greatest riders in the Marvel Universe, and his legendary hammer grab is a true testament to that very statement.
