10 Insane Superman Crossovers You Won't Believe Exist

Undoubtedly the most absurd crossover on this list, the DC and the Looney Tunes universes collide in an irreverent and entertaining four-part miniseries that sees the likes of Superman and Batman go head-to-head with beloved Looniverse characters such as Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck.

After a failed encounter with Superman, playful but dangerous cosmic imp Mr. Mxyzpltlk finds himself in the path of Yoyo the Dodo, who is in search of a new universe to annoy. Together, they set out to create a plan that would see the merger of their respective home universes for reasons that are basically for the 'Lolz'. This plan sees the Looney Tunes and Justice League teaming up to stop the merger and hijinks ensue from the odd pairing of characters.

The story does not take itself seriously at all, with scenes such as Daffy Duck taking on the Batman persona and Elmer Fudd wearing the Superman suit and these unlikely heroes actually fooling the residents into thinking they are the real deal. Any comic that has Plastic Man shape-shifting into a cat to fool a cartoon character (a sentence this writer never expected to construct) is worth reading, especially for fans of the long-running toon.
