10 Insane Times Superheroes Developed New Powers

Daredevil God Without Fear
Marvel Comics

Matt Murdock, aka Daredevil, has carried the same set of powers for years. In truth, his abilities are less "superpowers" than they are refined skills based off his blindness - even if there was some radioactive goo in the mix when he picked up those powers.

In the years since he was first introduced, Daredevil has managed to hone his skills to become the Man Without Fear and stand beside some of the most powerful characters in the Marvel Universe. However, things are fixing to change for Mr. Murdock in the 2019 crossover series, War of the Realms.

While that event won't debut until April, there is an indication that Daredevil has gotten a significant upgrade from his traditional "street-level" standing. On the cover, he is shown with sparkling purple light on his uniform, but more than that, his eyes are glowing purple.

It looks like Murdock has picked up the powers of Heimdall, the All-Seer, otherwise known as The Guardian Of The Bifrost. With those new Asgardian powers, Matt Murdock should be able to see in a new way, and while that might actually make it more difficult for him to use the senses he's relied upon for so long, the new upgrade means he's not just a Man Without Fear, but a God Without Fear.
