6. Iron Man
If you have a problem, Tony Stark probably has a suit for it.
Iron Man has armours purpose-built for deep sea exploration and space combat, and has even forged armours out of Asgardian metal for himself, his allies, and for the All-Father himself, Odin.
Of these armours though, one would wager that that Hulkbuster is the one best capable of taking down the Hulk. I mean, it is literally built for that express purpose; would be kind of awkward if it wasn't good at its job.
What's that? It's actually pretty naff? Ah well - can't get everything right.
The simple fact of the matter is that Iron Man owes his first of only few victories against the Hulk to the whims of his writers. He gets said victory in Iron Man #132, where he channels all of the energy in his basic armour into one punch, knocking the Hulk out cold.
More recently, Iron Man was also able to take the Hulk down by detonating a giant UV bomb on his position, laying waste to a small mid-western town in the process.
