7. Deadpool

By this point, Wolverine and Hulk's many confrontations have been well chronicled. Readers know how their first battle was interrupted by the introduction of the Wendigo, and how, in various variations on the match-up since, both Logan and Banner have emerged supreme.

With that in mind, it should stand to reason that a confrontation between the Hulk and Deadpool would yield similar results. After all, Wade Wilson possesses the same healing factor as Wolverine, has seen similar training and, while nowhere as experienced, has survived potentially even deadlier encounters.

All of this matters not in the grand scheme of things though, as the one time the Merc with a Mouth defeated the Hulk came in Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe, a narrative framework previously utilised by both the Punisher and Wolverine wherein the titular figures pretty much destroy Marvel's entire roster.

In this story, Deadpool takes down the Hulk by cheating. Hulk literally tears him a new one, leaving Wade to play the waiting game until he reverts back to Banner, at which point he lops off the doctor's head with one of his swords.
