10 Most Powerful Female Justice League Members

5. Jade

The second emerald-hued heroine on this list, Jade, or Jenny-Lynn Hayden, is the daughter of the original Green Lantern Alan Scott. As his progeny, she has been genetically infused with the powers of the Starheart, the alien rock that provides her father his incredible abilities. And that is what seemingly puts her above contemporaries like Jessica Cruz: she doesn't share their limitations.

Jade's powers are considerably more varied than the technological counterparts of the Green Lantern Corps. While she can similarly create energy constructs out of green energy, she does not rely on a ring to do so. Furthermore, her abilities allow her to manipulate energies such as heat, radiation, and gravity to some degree. She can use this energy manipulation to fly, become invisible or intangible.

On top of all of that, the alien nature of the Starheart affected her mental capacity, giving her low-level telepathy, hypnotic suggestions, and the changes it made to her on a molecular level granted her some form of control over plant life and the ability to convert sunlight into energy. Unfortunately, the only thing holding her back is the age-old weakness of the Starheart: that being objects made out of wood. Sad to say even in 2020 those Golden Age weaknesses will drag you down a notch or two.
