When Wolverine and Cyclops had a fight that resulted in the X-Men splitting into two factions, Logan was all set to leave San Francisco, where the X-Men had been camped out for some time. But in addition to all those different teams he's part of? Turns out Logan was ALSO the Black Dragon of the Chinatown underworld!

Logan said he took on the position to keep peace between the rival Tongs, except that peace didn't seem to last so long. Seems Logan really neglected his responsibilities and as a result, a massive drug war broke out, orchestrated by the Jade Claw. Surprisingly enough, it turns out that being kingpin of Chinatown isn't like being a member of your building committee€”; it's not the kind of thing you can just forget about and turn up to whenever you feel like. Especially when there's a drug warlord with underground poppy fields the size of Australia looking to take over your turf.

It's not the first time Logan would let his responsibilities go south, although this next one is probably something he should have devoted some more attention to.
