Pym’s most notable contribution to Marvel lore is probably the supervillainous, nearly unstoppable A.I. Robot Ultron, which will remain a burden on his scientific legacy forever. But the mad scientist is actually much more known in that fictitious world as one of the leading authorities in biochemistry and nanotechnology, having garnered PHDs in both areas.
This man has vast expertise in fields such as entomology, robotics, and cybernetics. He discovered another one of his biggest claims to fame, the infamous Pym Particles, which allowed him to shrink himself, others and even specific objects. This also led to the discoveries of different universes like the Microverse and Macroverse.
On top of all that, he developed a cybernetic helmet that let him communicate with ants, using their abilities to his advantage. Pym has no shortage of reasons that without a shadow of a doubt make him one of Marvel’s biggest geniuses.
