For those who don't already know these characters, MODOK is a former AIM employee who undergoes mutagenic experimentation designed to increase his intelligence. The experiment is a sucess, however it not only increased his mind's capabilities, it also gave him a huge head. Given the immense weight, MODOK has an exoskeleton that allows him to move by flying.

Angela is an Asgardian who just happens to be Thor's sister. Her backstory is a little more complicated. Created by Neil Gaiman and Todd McFarlane, Angela was originally an Image Comics character. She tried to kill Spawn, before going on to have a brief romantic relationship with him. It was only when Gaiman came back to Marvel that she entered Marvel continuity.

So, what exactly happened between these two unlikely lovers? Well, the relationship may have been slightly one-sided.
