2. Moondragon And Phyla-Vell
There are only two characters than can say they've been in a relationship with a dragon. Donkey from Shrek and Phyla-Vell, A.K.A Quasar. Though the latter's relationship was a little less strange.
Moondragon is actually a human with a very strange backstory. The Douglas family were driving in the desert when they accidentally came across a UFO landing on Earth. The light from the spacecraft caused them to crash the car, killing the parents. Thanos' father, Mentor, discovered a young Heather and took her to be raised by Shao-Lom monks.
During Annihilation: Conquest, Heather was on the verge of death at the hands of the Phalax. In order to save herself, she gave into the Dragon of the Moon that had corrupted her previously. This caused her to take on the appearance of the dragon, and she stayed in that form till her death at the hands of Ultron.
You really have to feel for her longstanding partner, Quasar. She has seen her girlfriend die multiple times and turn into a dragon, not to mention the fact she's forced to watch on as an evil dragon corrupts Moondragon's mind. Yet, throughout everything, their relationship has tackled every obstacle head on.
