3. Djinn
Djinn is a 4,000 year old...djinn (with a very imaginative name). The full extent of her powers is unknown, but we have seen her rewrite the memories, personalities, and identities of several Teen Titans villains, including Mammoth, Shimmer, and Lobo, leaving Lobo in particular catatonic.
She also once erased a man's mouth from his face with just a gesture and the word "shush," which...come to think of it, probably killed him, since humans need to eat to survive. I'd almost feel bad for the Man of Steel if he had to face Djinn in a fight.
