6. The Black Order Are His Children

The Black Order made their debut in the MCU in the mega Marvel mashup Infinity War and then returned in Endgame's epic final battle. Ebony Maw, Corvus Glaive, Proxima Midnight and Cull Obsidian were the members that made up the menacing group called The Children of Thanos.

That name has led some to become confused about the group's origins, thinking they are the biological or even adopted kids of the Mad Titan. In both the films and the comics, this is not the case.

The Children of Thanos is more of a moniker for these individuals. The members of The Black Order would be better described as disciples of the Mad Titan rather than actual offspring. Their devotion to the Marvel Villian is steadfast, and they fiercely carry out his orders. In his massive armies of conquest, these loyalists serve as his lieutenants.

Compared to Thanos himself, The Black Order is rather weak, most of which can go toe-to-toe with members of Earth's Mightiest Heroes without much trouble. The Mad Titan put down the Incredible Hulk without breaking a sweat. It's safe to say that any actual children of Thanos would be able to warrant a visit from the whole team.
