10 Things Everyone Gets Wrong About Wolverine

7. His Mutant Powers

While it's been addressed in the films, Wolverine's iconic Adamantium claws have made a few fans forget about his original bone claws, which were eventually infused with Adamantium during the Weapon X program. And though his healing factor takes front and centre when people talk about what the mutant is capable of, there are a few of his other mutant abilities that are often overlooked.

His telepathic resistance, for example, has played an important part in his fights in the past, a result of Xavier's own shields and some part of his healing factor acting as a deterrent for some weaker telepaths.

He's also resistant to extreme weather, possibly as a result of his healing factor, as he's seemingly unaffected in subzero temperatures. His animal empathy allows him to understand the emotional state of animals around him, which comes as a side effect of his advanced senses.
