2. And All The Times He's Killed Robins

It's bad enough that the Dark Knight has been indirectly responsible for two Robin's deaths, but what about all the sidekicks that actually died at his hands? It's time for another trip to the crazy world of the Silver Age, readers, and three very special stories in particular.

One of them involves Batman shoving his ward off of a lighthouse, another has Robin dying over and over again like Kenny from South Park, and the last one sees Batman turning into a weird half-tiger, half-man monster and savaging the kid as he lies there in his suit.

In "How Many Ways Can A Robin Die?" we're promised that we're gonna see, well, multiple instances of Dick Grayson getting shuffled off of his mortal coil which, okay, isn't Batman directly killing Robin, but is as good as, since he wouldn't have been placed in such peril if he hadn't browbeaten him into becoming his kid sidekick. And it turns out these are actually all mannequins hinting at the eventual murder of the real Robin, but still.
