3. An Evil Justice League Exposed Batman's Identity
There's no way to avoid talking about how the Justice League ruined Batman's life without mentioning the evil versions of the team. Batman has faced the Joker League of Anarchy, the Justice League of Vampires, the Anti-Justice League, and the Injustice Gang. But no evil version of the Justice League has made Batman's life Hell as badly as The Crime Syndicate.
In the Forever Evil storyline, the Crime Syndicate teleport to the main DC Universe after their own world is destroyed. They take over all electronics, bust every supervillain out of Arkham Asylum, and trap the Justice League in a Firestorm Matrix.
Luckily, Batman is the only League member to escape (because he's Batman). With the League out of the picture, Batman is forced to ally with Lex Luthor and other villains to take down the Syndicate.
Before the team was defeated, the Syndicate exposed Nightwing's secret identity as Dick Grayson, forcing him to go into hiding. Because Dick Grayson is the adopted son of Bruce Wayne, Lex Luthor deduced that Batman and Bruce Wayne are one and the same. Luthor used this information as leverage to bully his way into the Justice League, much to Batman's displeasure.
