For the child of two supervillains, Lucy Quinzel is a pretty lucky kid. Despite the fact that her dad being the Joker should have ruined her life, she appears to have grown up totally normal.
This can be put down to the fact that Harley had the good sense to realise that raising a baby amongst explosive whoopee cushions is a terrible idea, instead giving Lucy to her sister to raise as her own.
It's wild to think about how differently she could have turned out. Instead of a pale-faced, hammer-wielding infant maniac, she's a character who could easily fit into the background of most comic scenes - although she is still pale, because being ginger means that's sort of your fate.
While the Joker would be furious to find out his potential villainous heir is instead an ordinary child, you have to be glad that Lucy somehow still got to live a good life, against all the odds.
