10 Worst Things Wolverine Has Ever Done

8. Became A Tyrant

Old Man Logan Wolverine
Marvel Comics

As a solitary anti-hero Wolverine makes for a frightening enough figure. Now give him more power, and a genocidal disposition, and you’ve got Weapon Omega.

After the defeat of Apocalypse by the X-Men, all seemed relatively peaceful, until the arrival of a spacecraft in Manhattan. Logan and a team of other X-Men were sent to investigate the craft, and if necessary deal with any hostile travellers. They never returned from the site after going aboard, and so were presumed dead.

A decade later Wolverine emerged again as the replacement for the defeated tyrant Apocalypse, and ruled with even more extreme barbarism. He had been enhanced physically by the technology of the Celestials, giving him new power and abilities, but along with this came a compromised psyche, and a tyrannical temperament.

He led an army called the Black Legion, and attempted many evil acts, among them destroying all human life.
