15 DEADLIEST Comic Book Assassins

2. Bullseye

Elektra Marvel
Marvel Comics

Like Deadshot, Bullseye has a reputation for never missing. However, the target-tattooed hitman is far more dangerous since he can turn anything into a lethal projectile weapon, even a playing card. This assassin is so dangerous, he couldn't be fed solid food while in prison since the warden was worried he would kill the inmates with some peas and carrots.

Even if you took away his "turn anything into a weapon" motif, Bullseye would still be a force to be reckoned with. He has an adamantium-laced skeleton making his bones almost unbreakable.

He is skilled in pretty much every firearm and weapon you could imagine. Because he has memorised every pressure-point in the body, he is a top-tier fighter and has defeated the likes of Elektra and Daredevil.

But what makes Bullseye the scariest type of supervillain is the his lack of empathy. He is a textbook psychopath, meaning he truly doesn't care about anyone. To get under Daredevil's skin, he has slaughtered two of his covered, attempted to murder his wife, Milla, and bombed several buildings, killing dozens of people including several children. In many people's eyes, Bullseye is the most dangerous person in the world.
