14. Secret Society Of Supervillains

As you'll see throughout this list, a lot of supervillain teams have stepped up to oppose the Justice League over the years, but the Secret Society of Supervillains have been around for perhaps the longest time. These guys are the original bad guy team, becoming the first group of evildoers (long before the Suicide Squad) to headline their very own series in the 70s, even if it did only end up lasting for fifteen issues in total.
