That all just essentially means that Sentry's power is basically whatever the hell he chooses it to be. He has demonstrated the powers of flight, super strength, agility, super speed, invulnerability, psychic abilities, energy and light manipulation, and more. And all of them are limitless. Because why wouldn't you write a demi-God character with a failsafe to make things interesting?
In the past, he has demonstrated the ability to completely wipe all memories of his existence from the minds of every living being on Earth and has easily beaten Hulk, Carnage and Wolverine in battle. Someone with this kind of power should not exist within the Marvel universe at all, which is perhaps why he's so widely considered to be a wildcard.
