5. Three Spider-Men?
Alonso teases a new Spider-Man on top of the two that have been running around other comics lately, Peter Parker and Miles Morales. Spider-Gwen also appears in the promo material, which may be what he's talking about, though calling her a "Spider-Man" may not quite be kosher. Even Spider-Gwen, though, hardly seems "new" at this point. Also worth mentioning is that while Miles Morales is the only confirmed "immigrant" coming to the Marvel Universe from the now-defunct Ultimate Universe, he may not be the only one to do so.
