In Weird Fantasy #14, an alien criminal was sent to a backwater planet where he would be able to kill as many beings as he liked, since their lives didn't really matter and he would be far away from truly civilized races. His sentencers gave him clothes to fit into this world's society and attempted to shave his head and mustache. But they don't have time to finish either and end up just taking a bit off the sides...
